Our coaches are USASF certified and have many years of experience coaching and cheering. Our goal as a team is to encourage young athletes to work hard and overcome challenges together in a positive and uplifting environment!

Mckaylen Cassady
Hello, my names Mckaylen Cassady. I've been cheering my whole life and coaching for 7 years. I love animals and I have many furry friends at home. I currently have 7 goats, 15 chickens, 3 bunnies and 2 dogs that my husband and I raise as family. I also love all things artistic and I make many of the graphics designs we have for the gym. As a coach I strive to push athletes to be the best version of themselves! Its amazing to see them overcome challenges in cheer and in life and I hope to help inspire them to take the lessons they've learned at the gym with them as they grow!

Nicole Swift
My name is Nicole Swift I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in K-12 education from East Tennessee State University. I am currently working on a Masters degree in sports Management through Liberty University. I cheered for 13 years and have over 30 years coaching experience. My goal for T3 is to be a gym that makes a positive impact for the community and within the community. I want our athletes to know that putting God first in every aspect of their lives including cheer and tumbling is the most important lesson they will ever learn. I pray our gym is always a place where athletes learn to be leaders, by learning to communicate, encourage and lift each other up so they are successful individually and as a team. I want our athletes to know their coaches are going to push them to be the best version of themselves on and off the mat because we see and know what they are capable of achieving. Coaching is a privilege and blessing and I am so glad to be part of the T3 family.

Amberly Dickenson
My name is Amberly Dickenson. I am a licensed insurance advisor by day and cheerleading coach at T3 Storm at night and weekends. I have been involved with cheerleading since I was 5 years old and have coached for over 20 years. I love camping at the lake and going to the beach or anywhere that’s warm. I have been at T3 Storm since established in 2016. I have 3 daughters who all have started here at 2-3 years old. I love our small family at T3 Storm! It allows me to know the athletes I coach at a personal level to help better assist them with learning new skills whether it’s in life or cheer.

Ella Humphreys
Hi! My name is Ella Humphreys. I have been apart of some sort of cheer, tumble, or gymnastics for almost my entire life and I have been coaching at T3 for 5 years. I have loved every second I have spent at T3! Along with coaching, I am also a student majoring in Health Administration. I love spending time with my family, friends, and my sweet dog, Moose! I also enjoy traveling to new places and shopping.
Being apart of T3 Storm has been such a blessing. I am so grateful to be apart of such an amazing team!

Chloe Smith
Hiiii!! I’m Coach Chloe, I have cheered for my pretty much my entire life, and I have coached at T3 for over 5 years now. I am getting my teaching degree and will be teaching pre-K-3rd grade. I love coaching here at T3! I mainly coach the Tinys and minis team, but I do help coach the other teams as well. I love spending time with my family and my dog, Jack! I love chick-fil-a and I always need a little retail therapy… I love coaching at this gym because it doesn’t just feel like a job, it feels like my second home, this is my family, my co-coaches are my friends, and I couldn’t ask for a better gym to work at! I love your kids as I would my own!

My name is Annabelle swift. I am a certified cosmetologist at smudge beauty lounge with an associates in health science. I was an all-Star cheerleader for 14 years and have coach cheer and tumble for more than six years. A few fun facts about me are, I love anything to do with art but charcoal is my favorite! I love to do anything outdoors kayaking/hiking etc…
I love coaching at T3. Being able to watch the kids overcome fears and learn new skills and progress to become their best selves is an amazing part of the job so blessed to be able to coach at T3 storm

Autumn Stanley
My name is Autumn Stanley! I am 20 yrs old and am a student at Milligan University where I run track (cheerleading is my true passion though 😉). I am currently working towards a degree in Elementary Education. I have been coaching cheerleading in some aspect since I was 12 years old. A few fun facts about me are I have a major coffee addiction, I love to paint and craft, and I’m obsessed with Noah Kahan.
I love being at the gym and working with all of our amazing kiddos! These past few years with T3 Storm have been so awesome and I am so grateful that I get to be apart of this team!

My name is Brooklynn Bowman! I have been involved with cheer/tumbling pretty much my whole life. My daughter has cheered at T3 for 4 years and this is my second year working the front desk. We are so grateful for all of the coaches, athletes, and experiences at T3. Come join our gym family!

💜 My name is Alyssa and I’m the mom to two beautiful girls, Aniston and Aliza.
💜 I cheered and tumbled for 10 years. This is my 4th season as a T3 mom and second season coaching.
💜 I have 2 fave T3 memories.
As a coach, it was watching my half year team compete for the first time and kill it.
As a mom, it is watching Aniston learn new skills and seeing her love for cheer continue to grow. I can’t wait to see Aliza’s love for cheer as she gets older.

My name is Rj Wells! I’m 21 years old! I’m Currently in the nursing program at the Etsu college of nursing! I Have always loved cheer and dance! I mostly focused on dance that is till i found my love for cheer! A few fun things about me! I play the saxophone and i’m the drum major of the ETSU Marching Buccaneers! T3 has always been such an amazing company. I adore being apart of this team ! And to see children grow and thrive in this beautiful sport makes it that much better!
